We are a deaf-led organisation providing E-Learning, Deaf Awareness, Workshops and Translation services.

Deaf Awareness Actual Signs provides fully customised Deaf Awareness training to meet the exact needs of your organisation.
BSL Training No longer offer BSL NVQ courses but are focusing on providing innovative e-learning deaf awareness and customised BSL training for both individuals and organisation.
Interpreter Training We provide fully accredited training and assessment in sign language interpreting.

We run our services from comfortable hi-tech premises on the London and Glasgow city fringes and can also deliver customised, on-site training.

Duke of Edinburgh Award in BSL

Pupils at Jordonhill School in Glasgow have pioneered a unique online BSL training course. The course was used to obtain both bronze and silver Duke of Edinburgh awards. The Actual Signs online training included BSL Awareness and a BSL introductory course.

Quest III Sets Sail

In a bid to become the first deaf man to sail single handed non stop around the world, Gerry Hughes set sail from Troon Marina at 12.00pm on Saturday 1st September 2012.
